Green line issue

1, My phone is under 3 years.

2, My phone has only 1 small scratch on corner of frame.

3, Due to that same want me to pay 50% of amount for GREEN LINE ISSUE.

VERY MUCH DISSATISFIED SO MY Last words for samsung whole team and for company from my side is you know what, it is

I will never purchase or never suggest any one to buy samsung products as samsung will never gonna help you without looting if they are in problem which is by samsung. God Swer🖕.

SAMSUNG IN INDIA SOON GOING TO END LIKE BLACKBERRY IF SAME SERVICE THEY PROVIDE TO CUSTOMERS AS WE HAVE MANY ALTERNATIVES WITH BEST SERVICE, BUT JUST BECAUSE OF BRAND NAME WE ARE PURCHASING SAMSUNG BUT SOON THIS NAME WILL ENDS IN INDIAN MARKET.

Samsung need to understand if they are giving free of cost replacement then they need to just check screen damage only why they count scratch

if your phone drop then screen will damage simple. and that dent is shown major.

Obviously but Samsung service center agents are checking minor scratches and dents to give excuse that we cant do due to this and that but you need to pay 50% and with that 50% amont i can buy a new 5g phone with 5000 mah battery in market so we are not fool
