Green/Pink lines issue fixed on Note 20 Ultra for Regula1982, Thanks Samsung 😊

Problem: Note 20 Ultra, Model purchased December 2020, 2.5 year Old. 
Display got three lines, from last three updates following from February 2023. 

Lines are two pink and this month, I got new line green in color. 

Flagships after paying this much amount, used it very carefully with no physical drop or any external dent on mobile visible to naked eye. 

Approached service centers in Guntur and Visakhapatnam, twice in last two updates 

Solution advised by team is to replace and will give 3 months warrenty for part replaced 
Samsung service agent told no other choice. 
Approximate billing would come 23500/- 

Postponing this last month, yesterday I went to replace display with my own money. 

With very disappointment and loss of trust on SAMSUNG, I am mentally ready to invest 23500 from my pocket. 
2% extra for credit card transaction. 

To my suprise and shock 

Samsung approves this issue and provided me change in Display that too within 6 hours from the time , I have handed over. 

I thought of doing EMI transaction from credit card, as I dont have surplus, just need to manage with EMI'S 

FOR me this is a miracle, a wonder indeed, 

I cant believe, I got display replaced withoutany charge, by Samsung, although my mobile is out of warranty.

I am just shocked, suprised, and graceful to both God and Samsung.

When u get help from no where, 
You are on losing side and suddenly I won the match. 
God did this, seeing my mental struggle this May 2023.

He heard my prayers for help.

S /\ M S U N G as a brand, proved GOD do Exists. 

Miracles do happen, no regret for the premium, I pay, I derived the value in S /\ M S U N G today. Service is just AWE. Thank you, S /\ M S U N G.

Bro, any thing they said that why they are not charging money. I am facing same issue. For more inf. Vist my community post. They are ignoring by saying dents.

Have you written grivience on national consumer helpline app. Once you try and see how samsung will call you ,hear you and see your see personally. And if they ask to pay money , don't pay because it isn't your fault.

I'm not the one facing this issue but there are many others. If writing to grivience has fixed your issue then you can make a post here and on Twitter so that everyone gets a free replacement
