Green/Pink lines issue fixed on Note 20 Ultra for Regula1982, Thanks Samsung 😊

Problem: Note 20 Ultra, Model purchased December 2020, 2.5 year Old. 

Display got three lines, from last three updates following from February 2023. 

Lines are two pink and this month, I got new line green in color. 

Flagships after paying this much amount, used it very carefully with no physical drop or any external dent on mobile visible to naked eye. 

Approached service centers in Guntur and Visakhapatnam, twice in last two updates 

Solution advised by team is to replace and will give 3 months warrenty for part replaced 

Samsung service agent told no other choice. 

Approximate billing would come 23500/- 

Postponing this last month, yesterday I went to replace display with my own money. 

With very disappointment and loss of trust on SAMSUNG, I am mentally ready to invest 23500 from my pocket. 

2% extra for credit card transaction. 

To my suprise and shock 

Samsung approves this issue and provided me change in Display that too within 6 hours from the time , I have handed over. 

I thought of doing EMI transaction from credit card, as I dont have surplus, just need to manage with EMI'S 

FOR me this is a miracle, a wonder indeed, 

I cant believe, I got display replaced withoutany charge, by Samsung, although my mobile is out of warranty.

I am just shocked, suprised, and graceful to both God and Samsung.

When u get help from no where, 

You are on losing side and suddenly I won the match. 

God did this, seeing my mental struggle this May 2023.

He heard my prayers for help.

Thanks 😊 can you let me know how many times you visited Samsung service center and was the response same at each visit. I need this so that all details can be covered or you can share me something like this guy shared with me. These details will help me show your struggle

First time reached to centre in 2022 December for s 20 plus.at that time they were asking some 23000 rupees for repairment. Started getting lining issue in note 20 ultra in Feb 2023 Then I wrote several emails that was not helping ,when wrote grivence for the 2nd time they called me and said submit your Samsung phone to store for inspection.they kept my both phone for almost 3 weeks and after inspection. They called me explained whether they will repair or the issue like dents or free of cost repairment.

My s21ultra after recent update screen gone blank.service person told me to change display. But this is nothing my fault. Just bug of software update they pushed.

I don't have any dents nor scratches on Screen, I was using Samsung clear view cover all there days.

They examined, took photos of my mobile and sent for head office approval on replacement, they did not assure me on free of cost.
Only said, if approval is given free of cost replacement else I need to keep 23500 plus 2% tax on credit card.

Since I have very limited choice, I am convinced to pay from my pocket.

Unbelibly I got approval for free replacement.

I am suprised shocked and happy at the same time.

Already I am running deficit from May, I cant afford in the first Place.

Outside I am convinced to pay and conver to EMI

Inside I am very worried about heaps of debt, I carry in total.

Some times prayers work like miracles.

You win a loosing game

I felt the kindness of God with unexpected Go through.

Master is managing all on this world.
