Got Pink line after update in Note 20 Ultra

I got a pink line on my samsung galaxy note 20 ultra after updating the security patch of June 2024.can I get a free screen replacement from samsung service centre.

Its very disappointed after purchasing such expensive device and face this kind of problem.

Pls provide the solution for this

Screens are getting pinky as its fav. Color of girls. Samsung is mastermind and playing holi with oneplus devices.. 🤣🤣🤣

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

How do you get the error report and lig file. I updated the phone software and post that all of a sudden there is a pink line on my screen. SAMSUNG should get this fixed as it has happened with many note 20 ultra users

Please go to main page of Samsung Members App, click support, click feedback, click error report then follow instructions on screen. Log files automatically send by system immediately after send error report for this issue but please don't close Samsung Members App during this process untill complete. You can also get free replacement if your smartphone name is not in list But you'll have to follow some steps and that will took more patience and time.

Capture a picture of your smartphone and post on twitter with proper explanation and tag Samsung and Samsung India.
After wait for sometime, you will be asked to share your contact info in message after that one of the member will directly coordinate with you.
He will ask you to submit your smartphone to service center and they can't refuse.if they refuse directly call that authorised person. service center will dignose your smartphone and send the report to Samsung directly. After your phone's display would be replaced free of cost.

It may take around 15 days

I have raised it on twitter and requested for a fix. You may shate your concern too as thix update has left pink vertical lines on many user's devices. Hope Samsung replaces the screen
