Why S23 which is the flagship device still it is on google play sep update. 

Samsung is holding back on Google Play updates which is a very bad thing.

Google play upfates are provided by google. Not samsung

It's been almost 40 days since the update came to the Google play store.Now using Android 14 stable version..If you check our community now, you will know that many people are getting the Google Play Store update very late and many people are still waiting for June and July.

If you want to try manually updating, you can download main components apk from apkmirror and install
