Gear Sport Offer for Note 9 not visible even after 15 days

Prebooked note 9 on 13th, got the phone on 23rd, activated the phone on 27th (with the same number). Still i have not got the banner on mygalaxy app and not getting proper resolution for the same. Everytime, samsung sends a standard process mail for the offer. Having been contacting Samsung for last 12 days but issue still pending. Highly disappointed.
