Gallery is not showing pictures after the update

I am using Note 10 plus.. after recent update .. I was not able to open my album and pictures from Gallery.. later when I tried to reset the setting.. now nothing is coming up when I open Gallery.. I can see pictures via third party Gallery app but not by default app.. any suggestions ??

Bro, once perform normal phone reset settings

settings>general management>select reset>click on reset settings(am talking about normal phone reset settings)

but this will change all settings to default ones

also can try reset apps preferences

settings>apps>click 3 dots at top right corner>select reset apps preferences

i think some 3rd party app is causing this issue

Also I would like to update when I take a screenshot it Is not saving anywhere.. I am not able to see that in files folder also

Now trying safe mode to check if third party is causing the issue.. tried reset app preferences no luck.. also could you help me with an alternative to Gallery app in the meanwhile I can use that
