Gallery is not showing pictures after the update

I am using Note 10 plus.. after recent update .. I was not able to open my album and pictures from Gallery.. later when I tried to reset the setting.. now nothing is coming up when I open Gallery.. I can see pictures via third party Gallery app but not by default app.. any suggestions ??

Check recycle bin

and if you performed factory reset without taking data backup, then not possible to find your earlier pics..

try Google photos or your backup account

I have not deleted pic or performed factory reset.. it's just that after updating my phone when I open gallery now there is black screen Album written at top and I can't see my picture and folders

Try Clearing cache of app and force stopping it.
If doesn't work, Call Customer Care

tried this step .. called cust care they told me to write here and also wait for future update or perform FDR which little inconvenient for me to do so now

Once clear cache of gallery app and try..also check my files

Pics are available in my files but not visible in Gallery

Check Gallery app permissions

snd click one photo right now and see if its showing inside gallery or not

also check if gallery app has any pending updates

Hi buddy.. tried all permission granted.. when I click pics are not showing in gallery but in all third party apps it is showing like what's app.. Yes app is updated...
