We are sorry to hear that is happening but we want to find an answer for you. Please let us know some more about what you are experiencing. What exactly happens to your device and are you doing anything specific when it happens? The more information that you can provide, the easier it will be for us to come up with a solution. We may serve you better/speedily, if you can provide logs by registering Error Section (Samsung Members App -> Feedback -> Questions/Errors -> Create -> Error reports).

Everything was running good and smooth untill last month....when i experienced abnormal and repeated lags and frequent restarts on my note 4.

Things got worse day by day...when it jst stuck on boot mode..and sometimes on switched off mode.

Even Pressing the power button doesn't make any help...i have to remove the battery frequent times and hv to wait sometime before placing it back...and trying to switch on..

sometimes it switches on...sometimes not.

Even reflashing the stock Rom didn't help.

Could not do normal boot.

many note 4 users have started getting this issue recently in the last month. Samsung needs to do something about it asap. I was planning to buy note 8 but lost confidence in Samsung

I think samsung is playing dirty business trricks...They are pushing intended buggy firmware .and forcing customers either to buy new phone/pouring money to service centre.

Am i thinking wrong..!!
