Galaxy Note10 Performance Lag

My Galaxy Note10 started lagging in performance after the recent Android 11 update. There is no more a smooth flow present while switching between the Apps and opening Apps. Camera response is slower now. Gallery thumbnails loads slower.

Exactly facing all of these issues plus my Note10Plus is now behaving like some cheap Chinese phone :(

Same problem here. Samsung rolled out an update. My Samsung Galaxy Note 10 that WAS fast is now SLOWER than my old Galaxy S7. I paid over a thousand dollars for this Note 10 Samsung. I needed it for my work. You promised it would be fast. It is now USELESS to me. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product ever again!
