We might get the next December security patch before getting One UI 2 beta. Such a big company selling millions of devices, can't have a good software team to keep up with the new updates. Even Xioami with their heavily themed MiUI is able to provide android 10 update before Samsung. such a shame.

They willingly make delays, samsung has worst track record of battery backups of their flagships which powered by exynos and heavy slow in software updates, even our 80k devices will get Andriod 11 that to January 2021 which is last
