I am facing issue on camera while shooting picture at dark using flash. It gives a Blue tint issue in the picture. If someone able to resolve it please revert to this.

To enhance the device performance kindly follow the below mentioned steps:

 

1. Reset camera settings: Click Camera > Go to Camera Settings > Reset Settings.
2. Clear camera app data: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Select Storage > Clear Data and click OK.

 

For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members App > Feedback >Error report > Attach log file for any issue)

Open your camera app and reset the settings to the default ones.Choose Pro mode and set the value of the shutter setting to the following one: 1/90 F1.5. Do not change the other settings.Now, try a few shots with the flash in dark conditions, as dark as possible.After that, switch back to the automatic photo mode and try taking a photo with the flash on.

Thank you. It is a little better, but only if I'm shooting something large and close. It does make less of the screen blue😅

Finally it worked after throughly cleaning the lenses and flashlight accompanied by reset settings of the camera

I have the same problem with my Note 9. Has this problem a couple years ago and I thought it was resolved then tonight I took a photo outside and the blue tint is back.

 

I am using a Samsung Phone rugged cover (with built in kick stand).
