By then I will lose everything in the phone. Samsung must be having options to verify and resolve. Hmmmm

Putting up a lock & then forgetting it is something which a company should not be liable for providing a solution. However, before factory resetting, you can take out the SIM card and insert it temporarily on some other device of yours. Enable the backups & you're good to go

I removed sim card, put it in another Samsung phone. But how do I connect the phone a Lsptop, i tried doing it, but for that it is asking pin. I am annoyed all these days i used to lovk unlock using my finger print, now Phone says, enter pin, if the finger scan option becomes available then also my job will be fine.

The best solution is to avoid resetting the Note10+ for now. do not use Google Find Hub or Samsung Find to erase it, and do not keep guessing the PIN, unless the new PIN had been set in the last 3 days. First, from another phone/PC, check Google Photos, Google Contacts, Google Drive/Google One, Samsung Cloud, and OneDrive to confirm what is already backed up. Then try to remember the current PIN or any variation you genuinely used. If the PIN cannot be recovered, take the phone to an authorized Samsung service centre and explicitly request a data-preserving assessment; however, if the phone's local data is encrypted and the PIN is completely unavailable, there may be no legitimate way to recover that local data without the PIN.
