Ha ha ha... Samsung is busy with their S21 series customers only...as like other flagship owners are not Samsung's customers... Not a great strategy or either a customer experience... Should fix this approach on timely manner else Samsung's customers will definitely move to other brands..
i am Samsung note 20 ultra user and i am not happy to software update because Samsung not provide timely updates they only interested newly phone update
