Feature: Quick toggle for fast charging

In the current version (Android 9, oneUI 1.5) if i have to switch between fast charging and normal charging, i have to go to the settings and turn on/off fast charging feature, it would be really convinent to have a quick toogle button for the fast charging feature to be enabled/disabled on a single tap of the screen.

Just make fast charge "ON" for all time. It's not need off. If adapter not have fast charges, it's will used auto normal
