I purchased the newly launched Samsung model Galaxy Note 9 from Deol Mobile, Sirsa (Haryana), India- 125055 on dated 23.08.2018. On the very next day, I found the problem in signals of mobile, consequent to same I had discussed the issue with Samsung store located nearby and I was assured that problem will be resolved automatically after some time of usage. I patiently waited for some days and observed the automatic repair of the handset as I was assured. On dated 08.10.2018 i.e around one month of purchase, my new handset stopped working and I could not receive/make the calls from the same mobile. Then I called Customer Care of Samsung and lodge the complaint for the same problem and then my mobile was access remotely by the technical team and made certain changes. Despite the efforts made by the technical team, same problem still persist and some error message started showing on the main screen .I immediately referred the case to the Samsung Care located at Safdurjung Enclave, New Delhi and kept the mobile in their custody for necessary action at their end. On dated 09.10.2018, I received the call from Samsung Care, Safdurjung Enclave it’s a manufacturing defect as Mother Board of the mobile is not working properly.

I humbly requested for “replacement of the handset” and not for its Mother board repairing/replacement as defective handset has been sold by the Company. Due to same I have also undergone undue stress and mental harassment and not in a position to admit the defective piece even though I am assured that there shall be no issues in the handset henceforth after replacement of Mother Board.

On dated 10.10.2018 I received a call from Samsung Office, the guy was so arrogant as if I have done some mistake by emailing the issue to their authority. I requested him number of times for replacement but he was so adamant to admit his company's fault. I also urged him to mark my concern to his superior to which he said I am the only one available and these type of complaints can't be marked to higher levels. I was so annoyed with the response of Samsung on this matter that I even said that if you provide me repaired set I will burn that handset in front of you people and surprisingly he said its your own handset you can do that also. These kind of customer care was not expected from Samsung which is a really big company.

I request you all to reconsider your choice of buying Samsung Phone because same thing can happen with you also and many companies71805c7a-af9f-4308-9f74-8f3769a7d06b.JPG

70000 thousand ka phn kharida..Aur itna chutiya response from Samsung care....Go to hell Samsung...Never buy again...choose another options...much better customer service.....

it is under warranty they will replace mother board and will give use that they will not give you new phone hereafter...they people who is chatting here are simply putting msg go to consumer court ..fact is they don't even know that what is consumer court...like they said if you anywhere your time and money going to waste
