Extra dim/ black screen while video playback

After updating to Android 12 on my Note 10 plus , I initially got Extra dim feature!! I did apply it! And after few hours it was gone!! Due to this bug now I'm not able to play videos on Prime, Hotstar, Zee5 etc all OTT Apps.

Anybody facing

Hi, I still dint get android 12 update

How should I get the latest version of android to install please advice my phone is Samsung galaxy A9 2018
