Personally I like having these many quick panel button toggles for switching anything on or off.
I had 9 buttons available, for quick toggling.
I usually have a maximum of 6 which is the maximum allowed, but sometimes I get 9. I have got 9 like these on different previous occasions.

I've designed the theme using custom colours.
It reverts from 9 to 6 buttons automatically.

This is 30 mins later when there are only 6 buttons.

A different colour layout, custom colours for the theme.
I've experienced this a few times, and changes back to 6 buttons automatically.
There is full functionality of all buttons. Just a random increase in number of them.
Does anyone experience something similar to this?
