Error while photo and video sharing using whatsall

Hey there I am actually a one plus user before I switched to samsung. Right now I am facing a problem which I never faced before.

Earlier in my previous mobile set I used to to send photo to someone using my whatsapp dual app easily, but now when I try to do the same it says file format error. I cant get it how is this problem coming up.

let me explain.......I have got two whatsapp in my samsung galaxy note 10 plus. one personal and another is dual app of whatsapp. Now when I try to send a picture using my normal whatsapp I am able to click the picture via whatsapp and send it to another person.
but when I am trying to do the same via dual app it says file format not supported.
This issue has never come before in my one plus 6T.

Do the following go to photo gallery settings and undo convert HEIF images. Also go to camera setting and under advance recording options undo toggle for HEVC format.

Then try and let us know

There is a wierd problem........if there is any problem with file format or camera settings then how am I able to click photos using my normal whatsapp.

Its nothing to do with camera or whatsapp. Its the file format not being recognized by other device that you send from 10 plus.
Use whatsapp support no Of Samsung and speak to them
