I always receive a notification of error code 354 on my screen while using. After the May security update I am seeing this error on my Note 10 plus.

Meanwhile, you can download Nice catch module of Goodlock and enable toast history. That way you can track which app is generating that error message.

Reboot in safe mode , Then revert back to normal.
If the problem isn't gone then, Backup and Reset your phone
