Dual audio is not working, anyone please help. It was worked for the first time. Then in bluetooth its showing two devices connected but when I play the audio its coming only in one device

go to setting under app right side corner 3 dot click and go to show systems apps than search bluetooth clear data than try

@veer, Thanks a lot for the detailed steps. I have followed your steps and able to clear the data. But unfortunately I still didn't able to get the output in both bluetooth devices. is there anything else that could help. please

you have to use SmartThings app to use dual audio. previously it was there in the Bluetooth settings, now it's moved to SmartThings media & device.

if you install SmartThings app it will automatically added in the notification panel.
