Drm issues

I recently changed to Samsung note 9 and am unable to watch anything except for Indian shows. The error displays as drm issues. I want to know how to fix this

Please share some more detail, i think this is video applicable error like hotstar Disney etc.,

Yeah that and I am unable to use a few other apps as well and I'm unable to contact Samsung customer support
