Guys, I've been seeing "when will I get Oreo" threads for the last 3-4 months. Sure Samsung is late on delivery, but I've been a hardcore OnePlus user for last 3 years and trust me every update they have given didn't always make my phone better.
My question to you all is - does getting Oreo define your love for your note 8? I've been using it since Sep'17 and not once have felt the need for Oreo.
I have a feeling all those complaining about this OS update will still end up being unhappy with their devices even after the update.
Just my two cents, please take this with a pinch of salt :)

dude i haven't posted on threads but still you have to agree that Samsung emojis su#ks , and if you are a person who uses emojis in Instagram or other social platform its a huge pain . Frankly speaking when i user iOS i had used to use more emojis than words but when i switched to note 8 i simply couldn't trust these emojis . In oreo this issue is going to get solved.

And Samsung is a huge tech giant , frankly speaking the update should have arrived in Jan. Moreover they aren't giving the software features which are present in s9 to note 8 and s8 ( not hardware based ) .

That's so correct. First of all the update is already late and we will see no major efforts taken for the Note 8 specific Oreo features development. Nothing to get excited about. At least S8 received major Note 8 features!

i recommend everyone to switch the device. so that we will get faster updates.. lol..
see, Note 8 has all features Software and Hardware and hence it fulfills to be premium device. Yes, I admit software updates are delayed. but tell me whats going to change in Oreo. We already have the picture in picture feature in our current UI.
