Dear Samsung,

Please upgrade this. After sending an error report one has to wait until the system logs are generated and sent. This is so tiring and this has been since long and needs some kind of upgrade. Many a times the notification panel informs that the logs were not sent and asks the user to try again later. So even an error report can't be sent swiftly. One will have to revisit the app and do the entire process again. 

Why is this aspect not thought for an upgrade?

I somewhere feel it has been kept deliberately this way by the Samsung team so that users will be discouraged using it.

The response delay is also unmatched. I don't feel relevant to blame for pandemic situation for these delays all the time. I have paid for extended warranty and still have to see this day. Not sure how it works for the ones who haven’t paid.

Samsung please improve here.

Even if you keep open the app for sending error report with logs, they will ask you to send again by saying the logs not sufficient

Atleast a progress bar can be shown, so that the user would know how much process is left to complete
