Just see what they have to say about monthly security patches. I am laughing because they said 4 security patches eligibility of Note 20 Ultra and shamelessly, they are not providing a single update in months. 
Have look and decide if you have spent your money in right thing. 
Most probably I will switch to ios next month.
I wanted one thing which company Mentioned in policy that they provide monthly security patches and they Dropped their balls on that.

These support people have no clue...it's not their fault maybe...it seems management does not care to make these guys "tech-savvy" and keep them well-informed.

From the response, I think what they mean is (Jan + Feb = 1 security update)...and so on for 4 security patches till August 😅
Then we get Android 13 by December 2022 after all beta-testing is over.

Are you sure Android 13 will be rolled by December ? I got Android 12 in Jan 2022 even after having Note series
