Just see what they have to say about monthly security patches. I am laughing because they said 4 security patches eligibility of Note 20 Ultra and shamelessly, they are not providing a single update in months. 

Have look and decide if you have spent your money in right thing. 

Most probably I will switch to ios next month.

I wanted one thing which company Mentioned in policy that they provide monthly security patches and they Dropped their balls on that.

 Now my work profile is disabled.

Bhai jab monthly bola hai toh dena चाहिए... itna kharcha kar ke kya matlab agar updates nahi mil rahe.... iPhones toh acche hai updates ke baare mein

Bro, Samsung 1 years mein jab itne saare phones launch karega to sabhi ko security updates provide kaise karega. Chinese phones ki strategies ko copy hi karna tha to Less price mein more function dene ko copy karte to sales bhi badta aur users ko bhi value for money product milta

Chinese phones se compete karne ke liye Samsung ne unhi ki strategies apnayi ki oppo, xiomi, ... ki tarah nearly every month ek phone launch kardo but ab timely update dene mein unko problems ho rahi hai

Chinese manufacturers ki ek aur strategies hai ki Adhik specifications low prices mein provide karo, Samsung agar isse follow karta to over priced phone nahi hota aur uska sales aur badhta

Mere pass to itne paise hain jisse main iphone mini bhi nahi sakta aur Tum Iphone 13 pro lene ki soch rahe ho. Ab andaza laga lo main kitna amir hoon

Lekin Samsung kar kya raha hai.... Phones nikale toh updates dena banta hai yaa fir itne Phones mat nikalo.... Chinese brands toh aggressive pricing and features ki wajah se famous hai toh Samsung ko bhi toh woh karna chahiye.... You also saying same thing... India mein Samsung ke liye specially bahut scope hai bcoz yaha Chinese brands sabko pasand nahi but aisa chalta raha toh Samsung will lose customers
