Hi. All my contacts show up as UNKNOWN when they call.  How do I fix this? Please help.

check with your service provider if they offer caller ID and you have to pay for it every month, its like R10 for vodacom i think

If it's a contract then check if caller ID was activated

check your caller settings to ID caller.

Your Caller Line Identification may need to be activated. Please contact your Network Service provider to receive these settings.

*Your network service provider may charge you for this service.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Select Phone.
3. Select Tap on the 3 dots on the top right corner.
4. Select Settings.
5. Select Other call settings.
6. Push slider to activate Show caller information.
