Merge Contacts

I suspect that I've got a lot of duplicate contacts in my Phone Book. How do I merge these contacts?

just delete the duplicated contacts

There is an easier way, but I don't know how to open that option! Occasionally a window pops up when you open your Outlook contacts, stating that there is a number of duplicates! Would you like to merge them?
