call place on hold

Another thing happening all the time after the screen replasement is that my calls are placed on hold all the time. Any ideas to fix this  please

yes, hi. the technician who fixed your phone messed up your proximity sensor and your touch is faulty. take it back for a relook. ask for the diagnostic test results, they should give you copy with an overall pass. if its a fail, do not accept the repair
