Calling problems happen in my every phone even in note 10 lite

when someone call in my phone the vibration start immediately but the call notification not coming on time...please solve it.

Clear cache memory of a particular application : Setting >Apps >Now pick the app. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage >Clear Cache.
