Call time issue in One UI 3.1? Or any issue related to my settings?

Guyz, have you anyone noticed of Call time issue in One UI 3.1? I am using Note 10 Lite and facing the above issue...
Example:
I received a call on 1.30 PM IST and the duration of that call was 10 min... When the same is over, I opened the call log & found that the time of that Incoming call is 1.40 PM IST, which is actually the time when that call gets disconnected!!
Apparently, I made an outgoing call on 2.00 PM IST and the duration of that call was 10 min... When the same is over, I found that the time of that Outgoing call is 2.00 PM IST...
That means the issue appears only for Incoming call...

Any suggestions in regards of this?
