Call recording feature not working in Samsung galaxy note 10

Call recording feature is not working properly. Some random calls only get record. How to resolve this?

what's your requirement. do u want to record all the calls. if yes. the open the phone app then click the 3 dot on top. then click settings, there you will find recording calls. click that. then click auto recording. there 3 options are there, choose the 1st one to record all the calls.Screenshot_20201027-212021_Call settings_3663.jpg

did you use wifi calling?

If you are using wifi calling then it won't work
or
sometimes true caller also affects call recording

calls made using WiFi calling will not get recorded. If you want to record your call, make sure you've turned WiFi calling off.

To resolve this issue kindly follow the given below steps:

1. Check device cache:-Settings> Device care>Storage>Clean now.
For a particular application: Settings>Apps>Pick the app that you like to clear off the cache memory. For example 'Samsung Internet' >Storage>Clear Cache.
2. Reset the device and before resetting the device make sure to create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
>>Settings>General Management>Reset.


If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
