** SPen - Its a deciding element in Note 5 which makes it unique from other series. SPen in Note 5 is even more powerful (Action Memo, Smart Select, Screen Write, S Note ...)
** Dual SIM : If you have to manage 2 numbers then Dual SIM seems to be handy.

Simply put, Since you are coming from a note 3 background, you can decide based on how much you want your Spen. If SPEN is something you can live without. You should consider S7 considering its a huge upgrade over S6/N5.
S7 will have its own dual sim version, also S7 edge will come with a bigger size if any of these is your priority.
