Galaxy NoteHi there......
SAMSUNG as claiming No 1 BRAND in term of SERVICE and this is not expected from No 1 BRAND. I purchased SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE20 on dated 04/11/2020.
After 10 days 14/11/2020, I found some air in display, please find attachment photos.
When I found this issue, your SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER was closed due to national Holidays. Those days piece to piece change policy was expired and today SAMSUNG SERVICE TEAM denied to change piece due to in term of policy. Is this a joke that we pay Rs 78000/- to you and you count national holidays in piece change policy. We are member of SAMSUNG and this absolutely shameful thing for to be a part of such a **bleep** service team of SAMSUNG.
I have tried to reach out with SAMSUNG HELP LINE and SAMSUNG SERVICE TEAM. NO SOLUTION at all. I fed up with service provide by you to customer. If company is not capable of giving a solution in such cases to their customer then why they launching such a product and why they claim that they are No 1 service provider in worldwide. Why do we suffer if a company is not taking it on a serious note?
I am expecting a new piece of SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE20 from No 1 BRAND in this case.

Galaxy NoteI own many Samsung product but is now disappointed. My 14 month old Galaxy Note 9 just died. I sent it to Samsung repair and was told the mother board PBA and LCD died. The total cost for repair would be $427.59 which is outrages. I want to lodge an official complain and register for any further or future action by Samsung on the device and or class action suit.
