Hotspot stooped working suddenly

Hi All,

Mlfor my Samsung galaxy note 10 +, suddenly hotspot get closed and now if I am trying to open it again it is not. From settings I tried to do but from there getting blank screen then app not working message.

Can somebody please help here.

Try to reset all network setting.
from setting menu search for 'reset'

Even wifi also not working. When I am clicking connection from settings ,getting black screen then showing error app not working
