I am facing very serious problems with my galaxy note 10 plus bluetooth connection After connected bluetooth device sound is gone and phone restarts after bluetooth connections. And this problam are facing to starting time when I purchased my phone.

Send feedback through Samsung members app and if unresolved then visit nearest service centre...

do a backup with SmartSwitch on computer. then try to do a factory reset beacuse even if you go to service center they will definitely wipe your phone clean. so you can try it at home and not worry about other guys putting scratches on your phone.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to resolve the issue:

> Perform reset network setting (Setting> General Management> Reset>Reset setting).

> Check with any another Bluetooth device

> Perform Interactive checks through Samsung Members app (Samsung Member> Get Help> Interactive checks->Bluetooth).

> Go to the settings>>apps>>Bluetooth>>storage>>do clear cache.

For further assistance, register your concern in the Samsung members app (Open Samsung members app>click on “+“icon>send feedback>Error report/ Ask Questions).
