Most of us hate ads. We can block ads using ad blockers for our browsers but what about ads we get inside the apps we use? Even after paying a premium, samsung has the nerves to impose such ads in their apps like weather. This method explained below will help you get rid of any kind of ads - websites, inside apps. It's as simple as editing your private DNS in settings. Just follow the screenshots and you're done.

Go to connections in settings menu.

Go to more connection settings

Select private DNS and enter this address.

Voila! Ads are a thing of the past! This works across android on any app.

This is worthless. If you add this dns entry it blocks ongoing wifi calling.

I dont have any signal issues in my area so I don't need wifi calling.
For you it might be worthless but not everyone uses wifi calling.

Only Jio and Airtel provides wifi calling in my location, but Jio Wifi calling doesn't workn even without this, but Airtel works.

Should be clearly mentioned that this dns entry only works for airtel and not Jio as it stops wifi calling. Your own post in the forum needs to be clarified
