Bixby's recognition can be made better by updates but for now it is not recognizing some words like if I say Calligrapher pro it recognises it as Kelly grapher pro so it needs to be better.
If you can make this better by updates then please release some updates of bixby for better voice recognition. I've a Note 8
They're slowly improving recognition for Indian accents, but for now if you want it to be accurate, try spelling it as clearly as you can without changing the pronounciation much from American/British accents :)
