Battery

My battery was stuck on 83% then suddenly it goes down, even though i already plug in the charger the original one.. sometimes it goes 84% then goes down... i already reset the apps, and restart the phone.. but i still facing the problem.  I don't know if that is my battery problem or the usb port problem...
