Hello All , i have recently bought a note 10 plus in this January and after using it for 4 months i m facing a problem of sudden battery drainage when it is at 18 percent or a little bit low... It itself switches off and battery drains to zero... i have made all the necessary settings nd have kept my phone on optimized battery usuage from the very first day... Also i am not having any excess of apps installed in my phone... Just want to ask is this everyone here facing this issue and have wasted such much of money on this **bleep** or i m the only one.... please suggest the possible reasons and solution for this..... Really disappointed... 😔😔
yes same phone here..... we have battery optimized issue for sure. . but haven't faced issue similar to yours ..... have you tried to wipe cache partition on your phone?
To resolve "Battery drainage" issue kindly follow the given below steps:
1)Battery optimization:-Settings>Select Device Maintenance/Device Care>Optimize>Optimize all options like Battery, Storage and Memory 2) Close background running apps:-Tap on recent key and close the background running application.
If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question). Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
Marginal battery drainage understand by optimize mode, i am goes to sleep after changing my phone to hundred percent & after 6-7 hours sleep ,i would wake up to only 92-91 charge on my phone even using power mode , I don't know how to fix that bug
As well we can fully use the phone to o% battery ,then fullly chage your phone ,after that factory reset the phone 🤔 most of the people said thats is correct method
