Battery drain

Hi guys, 

My note 10 plus is only giving me like 5 hours of screen time battery is draining very fast 

Can anyone help me?

yes. it's because of android 10/ one UI 2.0 issue. we got around 8 hrs when we are in android 9. after 10 update we get only 5 to 6 max

1- Charge the device with the original charger.
2- Follow standard battery charging procedure (charge a fully discharged the battery in Switch-off mode up to 120 ~ 150 min)
3- Perform Interactive checks through the Samsung Members Application (Samsung Members > Get Help > Interactive checks > charger/USB).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).

bro 5hours of screen time is enough for a 4500mah battery.my phone has 6000mah battery which gives 6.5 hours of screen time
