It is literally embarrassing to note that the back cover of my samsung note21 can literally be opened with minimal to no effort. The loosened glue can be seen. Never dreamt of samsung delivering such high end products with such a cheap production practice. It's been two years I've had this phone and me being a loyal samsung customer, am considering not to invest so much in their high end phones.
