Hi team,

10 days ago i see movie in my Samsung note 20 mobile.

automatically it is switch off & when mobile open it is Factory reset. I don't know how can it possible 

236 GB data & 6GB Ram i lost.

Samsung team can't responsibility for this.

May be some one tried to do factory reset by using your credentials and using find my device to reset your phone.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer care support through Samsung Members app as error report also send log files along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for check and resolves this issue.
