Galaxy NoteHi there,
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Settings > device care > tap on 3 dots > auto restart > if enable kindly disable it.
If issue still exists also perform the below-mentioned steps:
1- Check the mentioned issue in safe mode.
2- If issue still persists, create data backup and reset the device.
