Auto call recording feature missing

Hello samsung,

I have note 20 plus device and call recording feature is missing in my device i have checked my friends device as well they all got the feature but it is missing in my device please help me to get the feature

From where did you buy the phone?

May be that's why. In some countries call recording is not supported. For eg - phones bought from UAE and Singapore doesn't support call recording. However, I am not sure about Australia. Is there manual call recording? If it's also not there then what I just said could be the case. Also call recording doesn't work on WiFi calls.

That's why its not there
