Apps don't show up on installation

Apps when downloaded from play store does not show up in menu and when uninstalled the icon does not get removed, recently downloaded book my show app and it does not show up on the menu or folders

Simple answer for that will be reset ur settings to default....it will solve it

even secure folder when turned on does not show up
