After updating to UI 3.0, one app icon is missing from app screen. Tried switched off and switched on but didn't help. The app is still in phone but icon is not showing... Pls help expert... The developer options is also missing from Settings...
just after update these steps are recommended, you may do it to avoid minor issues
A. Wipe Cache Partition. Steps to perform. 1) Turn off the device. 2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the spower button. 3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys. 4) Press the Volume down key to navigate and select "Wipe cache partition". 5) Press Power key to select. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Select Reboot System. 6) Press the Power key to restart the device.
B. Reset App Preferences. Settings >Apps> Tap on Top Right 3Dots and select Reset App preferences.

go to settings>about phone>tap 7 times on build number
if still it doesn't show, then I thik you bought your device through Samsung finance+, and please complete your device emi after that developer options will come automatically
