Now, since beta programme is over, was it necessary to withdraw from beta programme before updating to the final beta(beta5) today

Will i get the final official build of one ui 3.0 when released, or need to roll back to stable2.5 first? Is it possible to withdraw from beta now?

No need to withdraw. When the final official version is available, you'll get an OTA update and you'll be automatically out of beta once you install that.
