Try taking out and putting in several times. Boot with it out, then boot with it in, go through the connection error dialog, do what it asks, that's what I did, in random order.

Which device?? And when are you facing this while using the Spen or just viewing the status (which shows connecting for sometimes and then shows disconnected)?

Yes sometime it connects but after 5 seconds it automatically shows as disconnected my device is samsung note 10 plus

Yes some users were complaining about this issue. I hope the update has messed up things....send a feedback to Samsung and also call them and complain so that they fix it in the next update.

You Need To Replace the SPEN From the Service center If it's in Warrenty it will be Done Free
Otherwise it will cost you around 3200
