Does anyone has idea as to when Android pie will be released for note8 and will the note 8 get dolby atmos or not? (India)

I read somewhere that note8 will get an ota update on 15feb 2019 in india......still no updates?......

From 15/02/2019 onwards Note 8 started receiving stable Android 9 update OTA on Two countries Bulgaria and Slovakia. Hope will get for Indian customers by the end of this month.
